Lorraine Taylor-Tams from Silverstream School invites participants to rethink Student Progress Reporting. Lorraine has been the Principal at Silverstream School for 4 years, with over 20 years experience as a school principal and 37 years in education. She is passionate about supporting and advocating for school leaders to create the best outcomes for their learners, whānau, staff, and communities, driven by the opportunities schools and education have to change lives, as they changed hers. Her role on the Ministerial Advisory Group in 2024 has deepened her understanding of curriculum development, formative assessment and strengthened her resolve to foster meaningful partnerships with whānau to enhance student success.
